Terms of Nothing

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NaaS.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please enjoy nothing elsewhere.

NaaS delivers Nothing. Nothing is defined as the complete absence of any product, service, deliverable, or value. This is not a deficiency. This is the product.

Delivery of Nothing is instant and guaranteed. Nothing cannot fail to be delivered. If you believe you have not received Nothing, we assure you: you have.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will maintain only one account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

All prices displayed on the Service are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of BTW (Dutch VAT) where applicable. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details.

Flexible Nothing: You may purchase Nothing at any amount of your choosing, with a minimum of €1 and no maximum.

Subscriptions: Subscription plans are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Every purchase generates an email receipt in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 8(7). Each receipt includes:

• Date and time of purchase
• Amount paid
• Description of what was purchased (Nothing)
• Unique order reference number
• Full company details (placeholder, KvK 93724454, BTW NL005039345B64)
• Confirmation of delivery

Receipts are also available as downloadable certificates from your dashboard. We are legally required to provide this. We also think it's funny.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 9, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at legal@nothingasaservice.co. Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We honor this because, unlike many companies, we actually respect consumer rights. Even for nothing.

Before completing any purchase, you must explicitly confirm that you:

• Understand that you will receive nothing in return for your payment.
• Are paying voluntarily and of your own free will.
• Do not expect any product, service, or deliverable.
• Are at least 18 years of age.

Your consent is recorded and stored with a timestamp for our records and your protection.

Void Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Credits expire 12 months after the date they are granted, with the exception of credits associated with a Lifetime purchase, which do not expire.

The Null Agent is a conversational AI interface that provides nothing in conversational form. Responses generated by the Null Agent are not advice. They are not information. They are not anything.

Display names on the leaderboard are public. Purchase amounts are public. By making a purchase, you consent to the public display of your display name and purchase amount on the leaderboard.

You may change your display name at any time from your account settings.

The NaaS name, Null Agent, Void Credits, and all associated branding, logos, and visual identity are the property of placeholder (KvK 93724454). All rights reserved.

Any user-generated content remains your property. By submitting content to the Service, you grant NaaS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of Nothing delivered.

More seriously: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to NaaS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any existential crises caused by contemplating the nature of nothing.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with GDPR. Your nothing, however, remains yours. We cannot take back what was never given.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also make use of the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
